AMC people capture comm/info awards

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, ILL. -- Four Air Mobility Command people are among the winners of the Air Force's annual communications and information awards for 2003.

The awards were announced by Lt. Gen. Tom Hobbins, Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Warfighting Integration.

The AMC winners are:

Tech. Sgt. Lisa S. Collins, Headquarters AMC, was named the Air Force Communications and Information Outstanding Information Management Noncommissioned Officer.

Senior Master Sgt. Jeffrey B. Chisholm, 805th Computer Systems Squadron, Scott AFB, was named the Air Force Communications and Information Outstanding Visual Information Senior Noncommissioned Officer.

Staff Sgt. Kevin M. Paige, 60th Communications Squadron, Travis AFB, Calif., was named the Air Force Communications and Information Outstanding Communications-Computer Systems Noncommissioned Officer.

Tech. Sgt. Sean F. Brice, Sr., Combined Joint Task Force-7, Baghdad, was named the Air Force Communications and Information Outstanding Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager.

The Air Force Communications Agency here manages the awards program, which received 479 award nominations for individuals, teams and units. All Air Force communications and information individual, team and unit award winners receive an Air Force memento recognizing their achievement. Each military individual award winner may wear the Air Force Recognition Ribbon, while civilian individual award winners may wear the Air Force Recognition Lapel Pin.
