Worldwide Express Program
The Worldwide Express Program provides international commercial express package service for the United States Federal Government for shipments up to and including 300 lbs. The program provides time-definite, door-to-door pick-up/delivery and timely, accurate in-transit visibility. Federal agencies that need access to contract specific information should complete a non-disclosure statement and forward by email to AMC.A4TD@scott.af.mil to request the WWX program disk.
This contract is a limited source for the Department of Defense (DOD). DOD agencies/organizations must be approved and validated by USTRANSCOM J3 to use this contract. Approved/validated users include:
Hq. DLA/DDC depots (full or less than full pallets)
Hq. DLA/DSCP Defense Supply Center Philadelphia Medical Prime vendor
Hq. Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM)
Navy Inventory Control Point (NAVICP)
Domestic Express BPA
The purpose of the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to provide domestic express small package delivery services for next day and second-day delivery for the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD). Services include door-to-door delivery, transportation, and In-transit Visibility (ITV) of extremely urgent letters and small packages up to and including 150 pounds within CONUS and up to 300 LBS for CONUS to/from Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii and between Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The BPA is a mandatory source for all DOD small package delivery service requirements.
