MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. --   The professionally trained staff at the Chisholm Trail Inn dining facility prepares a variety of menu items in accordance with strict, health and nutritional standards set by military public health, U.S. Public Health Food Code and the Air Force. Contracted personnel assist with cleaning the dining facility, serving food and preparing the vegetable trays.
