SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --   This year the U.S. Air Force Total Force will deploy 14 C-17s and C-130s  to provide critical airlift capability to ensure global reach during exercise Saber Junction. Mobility Airmen will provide airdrop and air landings of paratroopers and equipment in the exercise showcasing Air Mobility Command's joint operational capabilities and enhancing interoperability. Saber Junction prepares partners for future operations in support multinational contingencies and ensures U.S. forces in Europe are ready for any mission.
