SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --  Air Mobility Command officials announced Jan. 30 the winners of the command's 2003 Public Affairs Media Contest. The winners are:

Best Newspaper (forwarded to the Air Force-level contest): Tabloid Format: Northwest Airlifter, McChord AFB, Wash.

Metro Format: Carolina Flyer, Pope AFB, S.C.
