Welcome to the Al Udeid AMC Passenger Terminal

Our flights serve bases throughout the AOR as well as a weekly rotator for redeployers.

ALL FLIGHTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. YOU MUST BRING ALL CHECKED BAGS, INCLUDING CARRY-ON/PERSONAL ITEMS, TO GET CHECKED IN.

ULN/ITARS PASSENGERS

ULN/ITARS passengers MUST have a copy of their orders and their Department of Defense Identification Card. Additional requirements may be necessary and are determined by destination. Passengers can check the Foreign Clearance Guide in order to see any additional requirements for their destination. Feel free to call our passenger service representatives at DSN: 455-5285 for clarification. Department of Defense Civilians/Contractors MUST have a copy of their Line of Accounting (LOA) for the passenger terminal to keep. Check-in times may differ due to number of passengers boarding the flight. Passengers should get information from their service validators/UTRs or call the terminal directly at 455-5285.

CHECK-IN TIMES

·         MILITARY AIRCRAFT – Check in starts 6 hours prior to departure (Must be checked in NLT 3 hours prior to departure)

 

·         ROTATORS/COMMERCIAL AIRLINES – ULN/booked passengers start 24 to 6 hours prior to departure (Must be checked in NLT 6 hours prior to departure)

**SPACE A/R ROLL CALL WILL BEGIN AT 4 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE**

(To facilitate US/CENTCOM Customs Requirements)

DURING PIVOTS (15 MAR – 15 MAY & 15 SEPT – 15 NOV):

Members must arrive to the passenger terminal for baggage drop-off during their designated chalk window based off of the first letter of their last name:

 

A-G: 24-22 hours prior to departure

H-O: 21-19 hours prior to departure

P-Z: 18-16 hours prior to departure

 

SPACE AVAILABLE PASSENGERS

Please keep in mind Space-A travelers on a Patriot Express flights will incur a charge of $38.58 per passenger for Head Tax and Federal Inspection Fee. 

 

**Only form of payment accepted is the Eagle Cash Card**

 

ROTATORS/COMMERCIAL AIRLINES

We will be enforcing size limitation for carry-on baggage/luggage which do not conform to the proper dimensions of (22 x 14 x 9 or 45 linear inches).  We will require you to check carry-on baggage that does not fit the listed dimensions.

There is a shuttle bus available from the terminal to logding. For larger group movements, Ground Transportation is available 24/7 at DSN: 455-5250.
