** Info on Mask Wear in AMC Terminals & On DoD Aircraft to Include the Patriot Express (PE) - All individuals, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask on DoD transportation assets (e.g., planes, water transport, buses, trains, taxis, and ride-shares) traveling into, within, or out of the United States, and indoor DoD transportation hubs Remain in Effect Until We Receive Updated Policy from the Office of the Secretary of Defense.**

Welcome to the Fairchild AFB Passenger Terminal

Duty Passengers

Duty passengers must be in line NO LATER THAN (NLT) **2 hrs 20 mins** prior to scheduled departure. Those passengers who arrive after the NLT time will be re-directed to Customer Service for further re-booking information or as PCS orders instruct.

Duty Standby & Space Available Passengers

Roll calls are conducted at the AMC ticket counter 3 hours prior to departure. Due to medical screening, it is recommended that passengers arrive approximately 30 mins prior to roll call time, in order to ensure time for processing.

Space Available seats are often limited, therefor, passenger planning and flexibility is key to Space Available travel.

Passengers are reminded that baggage limitations are: 2 bags per individual, limited to 70 pounds max weight per bag and not to exceed the dimensions of 62 linear inches. Passengers may have one carry-on bag and one personal item, that must fit under any aircraft seat.

The Fairchild Passenger Terminal is only manned during Space-Required and Space-Available missions.

Local Travel Information

After Hours Roll Call Policy 

The following procedures only apply to Roll Call times outside of our normal duty hours. Passengers are not required to call if the Roll Call time is within our normal duty hours, Mon-Fri 0700-1530.

Passengers who desire Space-A travel on flights with Roll Call times 1530 to 0700, Mon-Fri, or anytime on Weekends and Holidays must let us know of their intent to travel no later than 1500 on the last duty day prior to the flight.

To inform us of your intent to travel, please call commercial (509) 247-3406 or DSN (312) 657-3406. When you do call, please indicate the destination and date you wish to travel and a passenger service agent will be scheduled to process that flight. For those flights with no interested passengers, the flight will be removed from advertisement by 1500 on the last duty day prior to the flight, and a Roll Call will not be held.
