Due to local mission requirements, our terminal only opens the day of projected roll calls (for Space-A) or pre-coordinated times for Space-R movements. For the 72-Hour Schedule, please call during advertised office hours (Mon-Fri 0800-1500).

SPACE REQUIRED PASSENGERS (DUTY PAX)

Standard Roll Call time is 2 hours and 20 minutes prior to aircraft departure. Passengers must be present at the time of roll call to be eligible for selection. Please call for roll call times. Space Required passengers planned for any mission not pre-coordinated must contact the Air Transportation Function at their earliest convenience. 

Duty passengers on Travel Orders may check-in at any available counter.  Passengers who arrive after the NLT time will be re-directed to Customer Service for further re-booking information.

SPACE AVAILABLE  PASSENGERS (SPACE-A)

Standard Roll Call time is 2 hours and 20 minutes prior to aircraft departure. Passengers must be present at the time of roll call to be eligible for selection. Please call for roll call times.

Space-A seats are often limited, therefore, passenger planning and flexibility is key to Space Available travel.

Passengers are reminded that baggage limitations are: 2 bags per person, limited to 70 pounds max weight per bag and not to exceed the dimensions of 62 linear inches. Passengers may have one carry-on bag and one personal item that must fit under any aircraft seat.
