Due to local mission requirements, our terminal only opens the day of projected roll calls that are indicated in the 72-Hour Schedule located below (for Space-A) or pre-coordinated Space-R movements. For both Space-A and Space-R Check In Times, Report NLT Times, and Roll Call Times refer to the information below. Mission permitting, the 72-Hour Schedule will be updated every duty day (Mon-Fri) NLT 1630L.
Space Required Passengers
Standard Roll Call time is 2 hours and 20 minutes prior to aircraft departure. Passengers must be present at the time of roll call to be eligible for selection. Please see 72-Hour Schedule below for firm roll call times. Space Required passengers planned for any mission not listed in the 72-Hour Schedule must contact the Air Transportation Function at their earliest convenience.
Duty passengers on Travel Orders may check-in at any available counter. Passengers who arrive after the NLT time will be re-directed to Customer Service for further re-booking information.
Space Available Passengers

Space-A seats are often limited, therefore, passenger planning and flexibility is key to Space Available travel.
Passengers are reminded that baggage limitations are: 2 bags per person, limited to 70 pounds max weight per bag and not to exceed the dimensions of 62 linear inches. Passengers may have one carry-on bag and one personal item that must fit under any aircraft seat.
