Space Available Passengers

The Space-Available program is currently available to all passengers that fall within the categories as stated in the Department of Defense Instruction 4515.13, Air Transportation Eligibility.

On April 22, 2022, a memorandum was released that reinstated the full use of the Space-Available travel program and lifted all limitations due to Covid-19.

All eligible Space-A passengers are still required to comply with the travel requirements stated in the DoD Force Health Protection Guidance and the Foreign Clearance Guide.

Roll calls are conducted at the Flight Control desk (adjacent to the elevator) 3 hours prior to departure. Due to medical screening, it is recommended that passengers arrive approximately one hour prior to roll call time, in order to ensure time for processing.

Additional Information

Passengers are reminded that baggage limitations are: 2 bags per individual, limited to 70 pounds max weight per bag and not to exceed the dimensions of 62 linear inches, unless otherwise stated on your orders. Passengers may have one carry-on bag and one personal item, that must fit under any aircraft seat.

We are committed to providing you the best possible service. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns during your visit.
