Welcome to the 732nd Air Mobility Squadron's (AMS), Operating Location A (OL-A) Passenger Terminal!
Eielson AFB is home to the 354th Fighter Wing, RED FLAG-Alaska, and the 168th Air Refueling Wing (ANG). OL-A is a contracted Air Terminal Ground Handling Service (ATGHS) operation. This ATGHS is proud of its record of providing excellent support to AMC's customers and is committed to ensuring your visit here is as pleasant as possible. Once again, welcome to Eielson AFB, have a great stay and a safe journey.
We are located in Alaska's interior 25 miles southeast of Fairbanks, near North Pole, Alaska. Elmendorf AFB is located 380 miles to our south. We're only 120 miles south of the Artic Circle, so winter clothing is a necessity from October through March. The Passenger Terminal is located inside the Joint Mobility Complex (JMC).
DUTY STANDBY & SPACE AVAILABLE PASSENGERS
Roll calls are conducted at the AMC passenger service counter 2 hours and 20 minutes prior to departure. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to roll call time to mark yourself present for the flight.
Eielson AFB does not have regularly scheduled flights. Flights that originate or transit Eielson are random, with destinations too numerous to predict in advance. Space Available seats are often limited, therefor, passenger planning and flexibility is key to Space Available travel.
Passengers are reminded that baggage limitations are: 2 bags per individual, limited to 70 pounds max weight per bag and not to exceed the dimensions of 62 linear inches. Passengers may have one carry-on bag and one personal item, that must fit under any aircraft seat. TSA rules and regulations apply to all passengers.
We are committed to providing you the best possible service. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns during your visit.
