It is recommended that all individuals wear masks on DoD conveyances (e.g., aircraft, maritime vessels, buses) however it is optional.

Our flights primarily serves locations in Japan and Seattle, Washington. 

Space Required Passengers

Duty passengers on Travel Orders must be in line NO LATER THAN (NLT) THREE HOURS prior to scheduled departure. Passengers who arrive after the NLT time will be re-directed to their respective CTO/TMO for further re-booking information or as PCS orders instruct.  

Space Available Passengers

Roll calls are typically conducted at the Passenger Service Counter no earlier than 2 hours and 20 minutes prior to departure. Please refer to the 72-hour forecast for Roll Call times.

Space Available seats are often limited, therefore, passenger planning and flexibility is key to Space Available travel.

Passengers are reminded that baggage limitations are:
- Two bags per individual
- Limited to 70 pounds each
- Not to exceed the dimensions of 62 linear inches (length + width + height)

Passengers may have one carry-on bag and one personal item, that must fit under the aircraft seat.

Attention Pet Owner Passengers

Temperatures exceeding 85° F or below 20° F places pets at additional risk and air transportation for animals is not recommended.

Attention Command Sponsored Dependents

All Command Sponsored Dependents are required to have current Sofa Stamps/Visa. If Sofa Stamp has expired passengers will need to visit immigrations and renew prior to departing.
