"I am proud of all the nominees who share the distinction of being the best in their respective categories," said Maj. Gen. Brooks L. Bash, AMC Director of Operations, in a command-wide message. The AMC nominees are: Outstanding AFE Officer of the Year: Capt. Chad M. Gugas, 22nd OSS, McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. Outstanding AFE SNCO of the Year: Senior Master Sgt. Timothy D. Miller, 22nd OSS, McConnell AFB. Outstanding AFE NCO of the Year: Tech. Sgt. Danielle M. Holbert, 60th OSS, Travis AFB, Calif. Outstanding AFE Airman of the Year: Senior Airman Michael J.
