SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --  Serving as the music centerpiece for the Air Mobility Command change of command ceremony on Nov. 20, the U.S. Air Force Band of Mid-America performed several numbers during the official ceremony.

The U.S. Air Force Band of Mid-America is stationed at Scott AFB. The unit is comprised of 45 musicians under the command of Maj. Daniel L. Price. Their goal is to "inspire the men and women serving our country and tell the Air Force story through the universal language of music."
