CHARLESTON AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. - Tech. Sgt. Andrew Cavanaugh supervises the loading of a Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle July 31 at Charleston AFB, S.C., onto a C-5 Galaxy assigned to the 337th Airlift Squadron, located in Westover, Mass.
