AMC announces senior leader retirements, assignments

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill., (AMCNS) --  Air Mobility Command officials recently announced the following senior leader retirements and assignments:

Senior leader retirements:

Brig. Gen. Jarisse J. Sanborn, staff judge advocate, Headquarters AMC, Scott AFB, Ill., will retire effective in September.

Col. Gregg A. Clark, chief, Manpower and Organization, Directorate of Personnel and Manpower, Headquarters AMC, Scott AFB, Ill., will retire effective in July.

Senior leader assignments:

Brig. Gen. Bobby J. Wilkes, commander, 21st Expeditionary Mobility Task Force, AMC, McGuire AFB, N.J., will become deputy director, Politico-Military Affairs (Asia-Pacific and Middle East), J-5, Joint Staff, Pentagon, Washington D.C.

Brig. Gen. (Sel) Alfred J. Stewart, assistant director, Air and Space Operations, Headquarters U.S. Air Forces Europe, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, will become commander, 21st Expeditionary Mobility Task Force, AMC, McGuire AFB, N.J.

Brig. Gen. (Sel) Steven J. Lepper, commander, Air Force Legal Services Agency, Bolling AFB, Washington D.C., will become staff judge advocate, Headquarters AMC, Scott AFB, Ill.

Col. Joey A. Eisenhut, chief, Homeland Defense Division, Pentagon, Washington D.C., will become deputy commander, 715th Air Mobility Operations Group, Hickam AFB, Hawaii, effective in July.

Col. John L. Eunice III, chief, Civil Engineer Operations Division, Directorate of Installations and Mission Support, Headquarters AMC, Scott AFB, Ill., will become director, A7 - Installations, Headquarters Ninth Air Force and U.S. Central Command Air Forces, Shaw AFB, S.C., effective in June.

Col. Jeffrey R. Johnson, commander, 92nd Operations Group, Fairchild AFB, Wash., will become chief, Operations Management, Directorate of Operations, Headquarters AMC, Scott AFB, Ill., effective in July.

Col. Mark A. Melville, director, Current Capabilities Analysis, Pentagon, Washington D.C., will become commander, 92nd Operations Group, Fairchild AFB, Wash., effective in July.
Col. (Sel) Tammy H. Livingood, chief, Maintenance Policy, Directorate of Logistics, Headquarters AMC, Scott AFB, Ill., will become a student, Air War College, Maxwell AFB, Ala., effective in July.

Colonel Mark. J. Larose, chief, C-130 Weapons Systems Team/Deputy Chief C2ISR Division, Directorate of Logistics, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Langley AFB, Va., will become chief, Maintenance Policy, Directorate of Logistics, HQ AMC, Scott AFB, Ill., effective in August.

Col. (Sel) Consuella Pockett, chief nurse, 60th Medical Group, Travis AFB, Calif., will become commander, 60th Medical Operations Squadron, Travis AFB, Calif., effective in August.

Col. Terry Spitzmiller, chief, Resource Management Division, Directorate of Contracting, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, will become Contracting division chief, Directorate of Installations and Mission Support, Headquarters AMC, Scott AFB, Ill., effective in June.

Col. John J. Torres, vice commander, 89th Airlift Wing, Andrews AFB, Md., will become commander, 15th Airlift Wing, Hickam AFB, Hawaii, effective in June.

Col. James C. Vechery, chief, Legislative Affairs, U.S. Transportation Command, Scott AFB, Ill., will become vice commander, 89th Airlift Wing, Andrews AFB, Md., effective in June.
