AMC announces senior officer retirements, assignments Published Feb. 15, 2006 SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. (AMCNS) -- Air Mobility Command officials recently announced the following senior officer retirements and assignments: Senior leader retirements: Col. Howard A. Dietrich, director of staff, 89th Airlift Wing, Andrews AFB, Md., will retire, effective in May. Col. Timothy L. Lillard, Dental Flight commander, 62nd Medical Operations Squadron, McChord AFB, Wash., will retire, effective in May. Senior leader assignments: Col. Raymond G. Torres, vice commander, 21st Expeditionary Mobility Task Force, McGuire AFB, N.J., will become commandant, U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Operations School, Air Mobility Warfare Center, Fort Dix, N.J., effective in February. He will replace Col. Shelley D. Christian, who was previously announced. Lt. Col. Stuart L. Haire, senior executive officer, Deputy Chief of Staff for Air and Space Operations, Hq. U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C., will become commander, 730th Air Mobility Squadron, Yokota Air Base, Japan, effective in January. He will replace Col. Keith W. Moncrief, who was previously announced.
