AMC announces senior officer assignment

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. (AMCNS) --  Air Mobility Command officials recently announced the following senior officer assignment:

Col. Joseph V. Stephans, deputy chief, Systems Requirements Division, Directorate of Plans and Programs, Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Scott AFB, will become chief, System Requirements Division, Directorate of Plans and Programs, Hq. AMC, Scott AFB, effective in December.
