AMC announces senior officer assignments

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --   Air Mobility Command officials announced the following senior officer assignments:

Col. Michael S. Stough, commander, 615th Air Mobility Operations Group, Travis AFB, Calif., will become commander, 100th Air Refueling Wing, Royal Air Force Mildenhall, United Kingdom, in April.

Col. Michael K. Baker, deputy director of Personnel, Hq. AMC, Scott AFB, will become chief, Promotion, Evaluation and Recognition Division, Directorate of Personnel Program Management, Air Force Personnel Center, Randolph AFB, Texas, in July.

Col. Martin L. Sayles, commander, 325th Mission Support Group, Tyndall AFB, Fla., will replace Colonel Baker in July.

Col. Vincent F. Dangelo, chief, Operational Systems and Management, Directorate of Communications and Information, Hq. AMC, will become commander, 422nd Air Base Group, RAF Croughton, United Kingdom, in May.

Col. George W. Hays, commander, AMC Communications Group, Hq. AMC, will become chief, Combat and Base Systems Division, Hq. Air Combat Command, Langley AFB, Va., in July.

Col. James J. Mercer, senior executive officer to the Air Force Chief Information Officer, Hq. U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C., will replace Colonel Hays in July.

Col. Gregory Girard, chief, Military Affairs Division, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Hq. AMC, will become chief, Personnel Actions Administrative Law Division, Office of the Judge Advocate General, Hq. U.S. Air Force, in July.

Col. Daniel M. Vadnais, staff judge advocate, 3rd Wing, Elmendorf AFB, Alaska, will replace Colonel Girard, in May.

Col. Joseph S. Kuan, wing chaplain, 375th Airlift Wing, Scott AFB, will become command chaplain, Hq. Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, in July.

Col. Nathaniel Crawford, command chaplain, Hq. AFMC, will replace Colonel Kuan in July.

Col. Gloria J. Twilley, command nurse, Office of the Command Surgeon, Hq. AMC, will become commander, 509th Medical Group, Whiteman AFB, Mo., in July.

Col. Stephen E. Prizer, commander, 89th Medical Operations Squadron, Andrews AFB, Md., will replace Colonel Twilley, in July.

Col. Kimberly P. May, student, National Defense University, Fort McNair, Washington, D.C., will replace Colonel Prizer in July.
