AMC people capture Communications and Information awards

The Air Force Communications Agency here recently announced the Air Force Communications and Information award winners for 2004. Several Air Mobility Command personnel were among the recipients. The AMC winners are:

Air Force Communications and Information Outstanding Civilian Specialist (Grades GS-/WS-/WL-/WG-09 through 11): Margaret Smith, 60th Communication Squadron, Travis AFB, Calif.

Air Force Communications and Information Outstanding Communications-Computer Systems (AFSC 3CXXX) Senior Noncommissioned Officer: Master Sgt. Brian E. Malby, 60th CS, Travis AFB.

Air Force Communications and Information Outstanding Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager: Master Sgt. Robert T. Marquez, Hq. AMC, Scott AFB.

Air Force Communications and Information Darryl G. Winters Award: Tech. Sgt. Scott F. Reed, 1st Combat Camera Squadron, Charleston AFB, S.C.

Air Force Association General Billy Mitchell Award for Communications and Information Excellence: An independent award panel selected Master Sgt. Robert T. Marquez, Hq. AMC, Scott AFB, from among the 25 Air Force Communications and Information individual award winners as the person whose communications and information contributions most enhanced the Air Force's warfighting capability.
