AMC announces senior officer assignments

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --   Air Mobility Command officials recently announced the following senior officer assignments:

Col. Robert W. Barrier, formerly vice commander, 375th Airlift Wing, Scott AFB, will become deputy inspector general, Headquarters AMC, Scott AFB, in August. He will replace Col. Victor J. Vaccaro, who was also previously announced.

Col. David E. Geyer, chief, Aerospace Medicine and Readiness Division, Office of the Command Surgeon, Hq. AMC, Scott AFB, will become command surgeon, U.S. Strategic Command, Offutt AFB, Neb., in September.

Col. James G. Kolling, chief, Expeditionary Combat Support Division, Directorate of Installations and Mission Support, Hq. AMC, Scott AFB, will become deputy director of Installations and Mission Support, Hq. AMC, Scott AFB, in August. He will replace Col. Brian L. Miller, who was previously announced.

Lt. Col. Judith D. Bittick, chief, Program Development Branch, Directorate of Installations and Mission Support, Hq. AMC, Scott AFB, will replace Colonel Kolling, in August.

Lt. Col. Robert W. Swisher, Strategic Command action officer, Air Force Element Joint Chief of Staff, Offutt AFB, will become vice commander, 621st Contingency Response Wing, McGuire AFB, N.J., effective in September. He will replace, Col. Stanley J. Dougherty, who was previously announced.

Lt. Col. Dawn E. Wilson, formerly commander, 375th Medical Operations Squadron, Scott AFB, will become director of staff and inspector general, 375th Airlift Wing, Scott AFB, in August. She will replace Col. Carolyn L. Miller, who was previously announced.
