SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --   Air Mobility Command officials have announced the following senior officer assignment:

Col. Robert R. Allardice, Commander, 62nd Airlift Wing, McChord AFB, Wash., will become director of personnel, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
