319th CPTS supports Smirnoff

Maj. Wendy Leone, 319th Comptroller Squadron commander, stands alongside Airman 1st Class Nikolai Smirnoff, after he became a U.S. citizen during a naturalization ceremony, Aug. 30, 2012, at the Quentin N. Burdick U.S. Courthouse in Fargo, N.D. Smirnoff emigrated from Russia with his mother when he was 11 years old.
