4-star delivers 22nd Super Hercules
U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class David Howard, 317th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, marshals the newest C-130J Super Hercules Aug. 29, 2012, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The aircraft, delivered personally by U.S. Air Force Gen. William Fraser III, U.S. Transportation Command commander, is the 22nd of 28 to be delivered to Dyess by 2013, replacing the current legacy fleet of C-130 H-models.
