Committed to caring in CAF: AMC holds leadership training for youth coordinators
A poster-sized version of project goals are shown for Air Mobility Command youth program leaders from numerous Air Mobility Command bases during advanced leadership training at Headquarters Air Mobility Command at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., on Dec. 8, 2011. The training, led by AMC Headquarters with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, is designed to "help youth and teen centers, for example, to move their programs from just being good to being great." The training, officials say, also falls in line with AMC's Comprehensive Airman Fitness culture of helping Airmen, Air Force civilians and family members become more resilient and better-equipped to deal with the rigors of military life.
