Airmen from the 22nd Security Forces Squadron at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., Sedgwick County Sheriff's Department and Wichita Police Department members hold up the "Flame of Hope" to symbolize the end of their portion of the 2011 Law Enforcement Torch Run on June 3, 2011, in Wichita, Kan. Every two years, law enforcement officers from around the world come together to carry the “Flame of Hope” in honor of the Special Olympics World Summer and Winter Games.
