MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- A U.S. Air Force C-17 Globe Master III, arrives in Japan carrying search and rescue workers to assist in civil relief recovery operations Mar. 13, 2011, two days after an 8.9 magnitude earthquake struck Japan.
