Airman 1st Class Pauline Lyons sprinkles a cupcake on March 8, 2011 at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash. She is a patient administrator with beneficiary services for the 92nd Medical Support Squadron and a baker. She bakes goods for her shop and when she bakes cupcakes, she also decorates them.
