Committed to caring in Comprehensive Airman Fitness
In a Comprehensive Airman Fitness conference for Air Mobility Command wing commanders and command chief master sergeants Jan. 24, 2010, retired Chief Master Sgt. Rod Ellison highlighted to the conference attendees the importance of "caring" -- which is highlighted in this photo. Comprehensive Airman Fitness is culture in AMC built on four pillars of fitness -- physical, social, mental and spiritual -- as well as five "Cs" -- caring, committing, communicating, connecting and celebrating. Throughout 2011, AMC will highlight initiatives to build on the CAF culture. (U.S. Air Force Photo Illustration/Master Sgt. Scott T. Sturkol)
