MWDs take a bite out of crime
Staff Sgt. Max Soto, 22nd Security Forces Squadron military working dog kennel master, leads “Atom” through a window on the Dec. 9, 2010, McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. The obstacle course plays an important role in maintaining the military working dog’s agility and stamina as well as in reinforcing obedience and proficiency training. The dog's exposure to these obstacles reduces the amount of time required to adapt to different environments. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Katrina M. Brisbin)
