Staff Sgt. Teddy Wagoner, an engineering journeyman, or engineering assistant, deployed with the 732nd Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron Base Engineer Emergency Force, also known as “Prime BEEF,” plots the location of power lines on a Global Positioning System device Aug. 17, 2010, at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq. Sergeant Wagner will use the GPS coordinates to draw the location of the lines on a map. When Al Asad AB is returned to the Iraqis, they will have a detailed map available to them.
