A Reserve Coast Guard crew offloads rolls of inflatable boom from a C-17 Globemaster III from Travis Air Force Base; Calif.; Active duty and Air Force Reserve personnel from Travis AFB partnered with the U.S. Coast Guard May 2 to get desperately needed equipment to the oil-ravaged waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
