Capt. Kevin Shaffer and Capt. Kristen Franke carefully maneuver their Charleston C-17 Globemaster III beneath a KC-135 Stratotanker from the 927th Air Refueling Wing, MacDill AFB, Fla., during a local training mission on March 9 for refueling.
