Col. James Johnson, 43rd Airlift Wing Commander greets several crew chiefs from Dyess Air Force Base, Texas on Jan. 15. The crew chiefs are performing inspections on Dyess AFB aircraft parked on Pope’s airfield. The aircraft will be loaded with supplies, equipment and personnel to be sent to Haiti in support of relief efforts after a 7.0 earthquake devastated the island nation Jan. 12.
