Tech. Sgt. Sean Stottlemyre eyes the progress of Airman Curtis Moore while chaining down a pallet of bottled water to the cargo floor of a McChord AFB C-17 on the Charleston AFB flightline Jan. 18. Chains are used in addition to locks on the cargo floor to inhibit any movement and shifting of pallets during flight.
