JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, N.J. -- Members of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst here prepared a C-17 Globemaster III for departure to the Toussaint Louverture International Airport, Haiti, Jan. 14.
