C-130 airdrops Navy special warfare boat

A U.S. Navy special warfare 11-meter rigid-hull inflatable boat is launched from an Air Force C-130 Hercules aircraft during a successful launch of the Maritime Craft Aerial Deployment System on Oct. 14, 2009, over the the Atlantic Ocean, off the coast of Virginia Beach, Va. Special Warfare Combatant-craft crewmen free-fall parachute after the boat and pilot it back to shore. Special Boat Team 20 is one of the only units in the world with this capability.
