FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. – Col. Thomas Sharpy, 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander (left), presents an IDEA certificate to Tech. Sgt. Cade Peterson, who recently won $10,000 for the Innovative Development through Employee Awareness program. Sergeant Peterson, a 92nd Maintenance Operations Squadron senior weapon system coordinator and experienced KC-10 and KC-135 crew chief. Sergeant Peterson is only the second person from Fairchild to receive the $10,000 dollar reward, according to Master Sgt. Bill Bowers, base IDEA program manager.
