FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- Staff Sgt. Michael Garcia and Staff Sgt. Matthew Zimmer swim across a pond in upper Washington June 12 during the 2007 SERE Challenge. The sergeants, both SERE specialists at Fairchild AFB, Wash., were pushing a raft they constructed to keep their gear dry.
