DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- Ronald Marcotte, Boeing vice president, presents Gen. Duncan McNabb, Air Mobility Command commander, Col. Steven Harrison, 436th Airlift Wing commander and Staff Sgt. Lance Moon, 736th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, the ceremonial ‘key’ to the Spirit of the Constitution in an arrival ceremony here June 4.
