Abilene Delivery

FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. – A small contingent of Fairchild personnel and visitors from the Abilene Texas Chamber of Commerce enjoy a helicopter flight as part of a Fairchild base tour May 17. Dr. James Webster and Gray Bridwell traveled to Fairchild for a tour and presented the Abilene Trophy to the City of Spokane the following day. The Greater Spokane Regional Chamber of Commerce and the City of Spokane were recently selected as the 2006 winner of the Abilene Trophy, which recognizes the community which provides the finest support to an Air Mobility Command installation.
