DAFB helps RAF transport C-130 wings
DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- Cpl. Derek Moir, Royal Air Force St. Athan air frame technician, looks to crane operator Master Sgt. Rick Veller, Air Mobility Command Museum operations NCO, who is lowering a C-130 wing. The 436th Aerial Port Squadron, Air Mobility Command Museum and the RAF teamed up to airlift the wings, which the RAF purchased from the Royal Australian Air Force, to the UK to refurbish an operational C-130 there.
