Wyoming Governor Dave Freudenthal speaks to military and civilian members of the Cheyenne community during the change of command ceremony for the 30th Airlift Squadron. The 30 AS is the US Air Force's first active-associate unit, whose active duty Air Force personnel work hand-in-hand with their Air National Guard counterparts.
