TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. (AMCNS) -- Robert Fearing pins a Bronze Star medal on his grandson, Special Agent Robert Fearing, Air Force Office of Special Investigations Detachment 303, during a ceremony here Dec. 2. Mr. Fearing, a former Marine, is also a Bronze Star recipient for heroic achievement while serving with a Marine tank battalion during a battle on Iwo Jima Volcano Islands in February 1945.
