(Center) Joan M. Cote, USO Delaware director, sponsored two teams of Marines from Marine Corps Barracks, Washington, D.C., to compete in the 9th Annual Ruck March here Feb. 2. Ms. Cote’s mother and father were both Marines and served in the Korean War.
