Expeditionary Center history: Family members recall the man behind the award -- Reynolds A. Kuntzman
Jeremy Kuntzman, 29, from Manasass, Va., holds the plaque bearing his father's name, former Tech. Sgt. Reynolds A. Kuntzman, during a visit to the U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center Aug. 21, 2008. Sergeant Kuntzman died on June 9, 1995, while assigned to the center with the 421st Ground Combat Readiness Squadron. After his death, the center's leadership created the Reynolds A. Kuntzman Duty performance award given annually to an Airman in the grades of E-1 through E-6 recognizing superior duty performance in support of the center's mission and community.
