Foreign affairs experts speak to a class at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville about the political atmosphere and public health realities in North Korea. The speakers included, Kwang Kim, Deputy Foreign Policy Advisor, U.S. Transportation Command, Lt. Col. Jinwook Lee, the liason officer from the Republic of Korea to USTRANSCOM and Mike Brogan who works in the international affairs section of the Strategy, Policy, and Logistics Office at USTRANSCOM.
