Using a wheelchair, Dr. (Capt). Dongchul Paek, 319th Medical Operations Squadron flight surgeon, pushes Master Sgt. Brian Fair, into an isolation treatment room inside the Medical Treatment Facility on Grand Forks Air Force Base, N.D., Dec. 19, 2014.
