Former Air Force Chief of Staff retired Gen. Ronald R. Fogleman is recognized as the 23rd inductee into the Airlift/Tanker Association's Hall of Fame during a dedication ceremony Oct. 9, 2014, at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Fogleman served as a fighter pilot, training instructor, professor, Air Mobility Command and U.S. Transportation Command commander, and the Air Force Chief of Staff before retiring after a 34-year career in 1997.
