334th TRS honors AF Hall of Famer
Retired Air Force Col. Derrel Dempsey speaks to attendees during a room dedication ceremony in his honor March 9, 2015, at Cody Hall, Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. The 334th Training Squadron dedicated the building’s conference room in honor of Dempsey’s military accomplishments. Dempsey, who’s recognized in the Air Force's Communications and Information Hall of Fame, has 30 years of Air Force aviation experience as chief of air traffic control, flight inspection pilot, radar approach control and control tower officer and air traffic control staff officer at various assignments around the world.
